Our War Eagle Mill General Store is open 7 days a week from 9:00-6:00. This position will need to be ready to begin the day by 8:30 AM.

This position will be required to:

1. Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
3. Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner.
4. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
5. Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements
6. Ring up customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receipts
7. Stamp, mark, and tag prices on merchandise
8. Maintain clean and tidy sales floor, back room, and restrooms
9. Physical effort/lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.

Our café is open 7 days a week from 9:00-5:00. This position will need to be ready to begin the day by 8:30 AM.

This position will be required to:

1. Ensures kitchen is prepared and ready for service prior to customers arriving
2. Ensures ingredients are prepped and fresh
3. Follows recipes including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
4. Ensures final plate follows presentation protocols by using correct arrangement and garnishes.
5. Ensures guests receive food at the proper temperature
6. Coordinates food orders timely and efficiently
7. Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods
8. Occasionally serve food when needed
9. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
10. Handle and store ingredients and food
11. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
12. Assist Café Manager as needed.
13. Physical effort/lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

This position is an 8:00-4:30 workday, Monday through Friday with the possibility of a Saturday on an as needed basis.

This position will be required to:

1. Scoop War Eagle Mill product into bags up to 25 lbs.
2. Ensure product meets packaging weight requirements.
3. Apply front and back labels to bags
4. Label boxes
5. Load and unload small box truck
6. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
7. Maintain clean workspace and follow all food safety procedures
