This buttermilk biscuit mix is made with our raw wheat germ, white wheat flour, and unbleached flour. Just cut in butter or shortening to make light and tender whole grain biscuits with natural flavor and fiber. No added sugar, so you can splurge by topping it with one of our jams or jellies.
INGREDIENTS: Organic Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Organic Whole White Wheat Flour, Dry Buttermilk, Raw Wheat Germ, Non-aluminum Baking Powder and Salt

Ingredients: 5 tbsp butter, 3 cups WEM Biscuit Mix, and 1 cup water (add additional water as needed).
Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut butter into Biscuit Mix until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in water until moistened. Place dough on floured surface and fold over twice. Roll to 1″ thick. Cut with floured cutter. Place close together on 9×11″ pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Makes 10-12 biscuits.
Drop Biscuits Recipe
Directions: In a bowl, cut butter into Biscuit Mix, then add water. Stir until dough is moist. Add additional water by tablespoon, if needed. Drop spoonful’s onto baking pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Makes 10-12 medium size biscuits.
