Jambalaya Rice Mix
This easy to prepare jambalaya mix will keep you coming back for more. One of our top selling rice blends, this dish is easy to jazz up with a variety of items. Make it your own by adding poultry, sausage, vegetables or shellfish, the possibilities are endless!
Ingredients: Raw long grain white rice, salt, autolyzed yeast extract, onion, garlic, beef stock, spice, natural flavor, sucralose, not more than 2% silicon dioxide and soybean oil to prevent caking, onion, red bell peppers, garlic, black pepper ground, parsley, thyme leaf, red pepper, bay leaves.
Jambalaya Directions:?Combine rice and seasoning mix with 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Stir in an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low. Add 1/2 cup of your desired meat choice at this time, preferably link sausage cut into slices. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Take it up a notch by adding a 1/2 few sprinkles of hot sauce for more heat if needed. Serve immediately.
