American Flag Cookie Cake

Celebrate any occasion with this showstopping American Flag Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake! This easy recipe uses our delicious cookie dough for a giant, festive treat. It's perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or your 4th of July celebration!

Ingredients

  • War Eagle Mill Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe ingredients
  • 1 quart of fresh strawberries
  • 1 quart of fresh blueberries
  • 2 containers of cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  • Prepare War Eagle Mill Chocolate Chip Cookie dough recipe according to directions except spread the dough into a greased standard sized cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. While the cookie sheet is baking rinse fruit. Discard of the green tops of the strawberries and cut in half.
  • Once cookie dough is finished baking and cooled, spread the cream cheese icing to cover the cookie. Place the blueberries in the top left hand corner of the cookie sheet to resemble stars on the flag. Line the strawberries across going from left to right and slightly overlapping them to resemble the red stripes of the flag.
  • For an added touch use the left over icing in a piping bag to place "star-formed" icing in between the blueberries.
  • Double recipe if using a larger cookie sheet.
