- 1¼ cups War Eagle Mill Organic Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup War Eagle Mill Apple Butter
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, salt & nutmeg
- Stir milk, apple butter, melted butter, & egg
- Fold into the dry mixture and stir until completely combined
- Ladle batter onto preheated skillet
- Serve with melted butter, pecan pieces, syrup or honey
