Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
- ½ c milk or almond milk
- ¼ c War Eagle Mill Thick Rolled Oats
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ½ apple diced
- Combine all ingredients in a jar.
- Place lid on jar and shake until ingredients are mixed well and let sit overnight in the fridge.
- Enjoy for breakfast the next morning!
