  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  • Mix all ingredients together except the blueberries. Stir until just combined.
  • Stir the blueberries into the mixture until evenly distributed
  • Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until center comes out clean with a toothpick.
  • Enjoy!
  • Makes a dozen.
