Baking Time: 35-40 min
Bread Machine: Pour warm water, bread mix, and mayonnaise into the machine. Sprinkle yeast on top and follow machine instructions.
Conventional Oven: In a large bowl, stir yeast into warm water until dissolved. Whisk in bread mix and mayonnaise. Place dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Put in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Shape dough into a loaf and put in oiled 9×5 loaf pan. Let rise in a warm place until doubled. Preheat oven to 375° and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
