Enjoy St. Patrick’s Day or any day with a slice of beer bread known for its dark color and crunchy outer crust. Yum!
- 4 cups WEM Organic All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 ounces Guinness Stout
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add Guinness and eggs. Stir until blended.
Pour into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Bake for about 70 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
