- ½ cup War Eagle Mill Thick Rolled Oats
- ½ cup milk or almond milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a jar.
- Place lid on jar and shake until ingredients are mixed well and let sit overnight in the fridge, and stir or shake just before eating.
- Enjoy for breakfast the next morning!
