If you purchased our products directly from our website or our store at the Mill and have a problem, kindly contact us directly so that we can address it and find a resolution.
If you purchased a War Eagle Mill product from a retailer, please address your request directly to the retailer.

Thank you for placing an order on our website! Our shipping department is open during business hours, from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We try to ship order on the same day that they are received, but we are sometimes limited by the availability of products, or the volume of orders.
We do not process nor ship orders during the weekends.
Online orders are shipped through UPS and USPS. Shipping is free for orders over $59.99 on the final purchase amount after discounts have been applied. Orders under $59.99 will be charged a flat rate of $10.00. We will provide you with a tracking number that you can use on the carrier’s website to track your package.
Free shipping when you spend $59.98 or more to the 48 contiguous states only, and “standard shipping” applies (no express shipment). We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Each carrier has their own schedule of delivery, and the farther you are located from us and the more time it will take for the package to reach you, anywhere from 1 day to 10 days. We cannot guaranty delivery on any specific day, as it could be affected by the weather, the local traffic, errors from the carriers, and the volume of packages being shipped during the holidays, etc.
Also when calculating shipping time, please remember that the carriers do not count weekend days as transit days.
