Ingredients

Dough

Icing

  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a regular size Bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the War Eagle Mill organic Biscuit Mix with sugar. Cut in cold butter with a pastry blender or knife until dough resembles course cornmeal. Stir in milk until dough is moistened. On a floured surface, roll dough out into a 11 x 15 inch rectangle. Cut rectangle into approximately 64 pieces (they do not have to be equally sized). Roll them into balls.
  • Melt butter in a small bowl and whisk sugars and cinnamon together in another bowl.
  • Dip each ball into the butter and then roll in the sugar/cinnamon mixture until well coated.
  • Place each sugar covered dough ball into a greased Bundt pan until all dough balls are layered on top of each other and evenly distributed throughout the pan. Pour any remaining butter evenly over the top of the bread.
  • Bake on the center rack of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
