Ingredients
- 1 ¼ Cups Whole Milk room temperature
- 2 ½ Tablespoons Butter room temperature
- 2 Tablespoons Honey add an extra ½ T for sweeter bread
- 1 ¼ Teaspoons Salt
- 3 ¾ Cup War Eagle Mill Organic All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup War Eagle Mill Organic Thick Rolled Oats
- 2 ¼ teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
Instructions
- Place ingredients in the order listed into the bread machine pan and secure in the bread maker. Choose the 2 pound White Bread program and set the desired color of bread that you want and press start. When the cycle is complete remove the loaf from the pan, let cool and don’t forget to take out the paddle from the bottom of the loaf. Enjoy! Makes 16 slices.
